About Cindy Owens Shay

Cindy Owens Shay brings over 25 years of real estate experience to the clients she serves. As a native of Union County and having spent several years living in the Columbus area before moving back to Marysville, Cindy is able to provide her clients with extensive first-hand knowledge about Columbus and its surrounding communities. While Cindy has helped numerous clients with both buying and selling their homes, she has never lost sight of what an important milestone this is for each of her clients. That’s why she strives to make every purchase or sale a positive, low-stress experience that her clients will be able to cherish. Her attention to detail and client-first approach has helped her earn sales awards from the Ohio Association of Realtors for over 20 years. But the award Cindy is most proud of is the Ethics Award she received, highlighting the importance Cindy places on doing what is best and most fair for everyone involved in a real estate transaction.

When Cindy isn’t working directly with clients, she devotes much of her time to serving on committees at the Realtors State and local levels including past president of the Marysville Association of Realtors. Cindy is a past member, 8 years, of the City of Marysville Planning Commission and past board member of The United Way of Union County. She is currently on the Union County Chamber of Commerce Board. But when she takes time for herself, Cindy enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren, golfing and cheering on the Buckeyes.
